We are proud to announce that BDG will take on the long-term representation of the Indian engineering and product development company, MEC Concepts India Pvt. Ltd.
The company is based in Bengaluru, India and has a staff of 150 and was founded in 2013. With approximately 6,000 sq m production space, the company can design and prototype a wide diversity of mechanical parts. The company is well known for its flexibility and quality and consequently already operates worldwide and has departments also in Singapore, Germany and South Korea. MEC also works closely with several research departments such as the ‘Indian Institute of Science’ in Bengaluru and the ‘University of Seoul’, South Korea.
In order to operate properly within the German market, a subsidiary was incorporated: MEC Concepts GmbH with headquarters in Hanau near Frankfurt am Main.
Speaking of the contract, Thim Werner, managing director of BDG said: “We are now preparing essential steps for the market entry of the company. The website is in progress and we will be updating regularly on the status.
“We are delighted that MEC has invested trust in the team of BDG and we will do our upmost to achieve the desired goals for the market expansion into Germany and greater Europe.”
The world’s biggest and most important trade fair for print and crossmedia solutions takes place every 4 years and in this year BDG is there! From the 31th of May to the 10th of June, companies from all over the world present their solutions and services in Düsseldorf, Germany.
